We have developed life-long relationships with some of New York and New Jersey's finest nannies. Here are some of the minimum requirements that each of our caregivers meet with few exceptions.

 

  • Excellent References Personally Checked by Our Specialists

  • Professional and Verifiable Child Care Experience 

  • Early Childhood Education or Training Including CPR Certification

  • Pass Comprehensive Background Checks and Screening Process

  • Genuine Interest in Child Care and Development 

  • Safe and Licensed Drivers (NY and NJ suburban areas)

  • Legally Authorized to Work in the US

  • English-speaking

  • Non-smokers

Nanny Job Description and Services

Our nannies are child care specialists who work directly for the families that employ them. They're responsible for a variety of child related tasks and ultimately offer a high level of nurturing care to children ranging from infants up to teens. 

 

  • Create a safe, stimulating, engaging and nurturing environment for children

  • Oversee and engage children in age appropriate activities

  • Feed and prepare child meals

  • Develop and follow appropriate schedule and routine

  • Put children down for naps and bed as needed

  • Bathe children and dress as needed

  • Change diapers and support potty training

  • Engage in outdoor play, activities and excursions

  • Light housekeeping as related to children and oneself

  • Help with homework and teach children ABC's, 123's, good conduct and good social manners

  • Create educational activities and opportunities day-to-day

  • Set good guidelines and boundaries in harmony with Parent's preferences

  • Safely drive children to and from activities, school, excursions, etc.

  • Supervise play dates and other activities

  • Communicate effectively with Parents
