Before getting started with the matching process, each family completes a free registration form, detailing the specifics of your nanny needs.
We Match Your Needs with Our Available Nannies:
After reviewing the needs of your family, we review our extensive candidate pool of active, pre-screened nannies available in the New York area (within 30 mins or less commute from your home). Our placement coordinators will select the most suitable nanny candidates that match your specific needs.
Profile Submission
A placement coordinator will be assigned to submit full nanny profiles to you via email which includes pertinent details about the nanny and their experience.
Interviews Scheduled at Your Convenience
After you review profiles, we arrange interviews for those nanny candidates that you'd like to meet.
We Work to Help You Find the Right Nanny
Your assigned placement coordinator will follow up throughout the interview process to offer advice, information and any help you need to make the right choice for your family.
On-boarding Support and Assistance
We are confident that you will hire one of our top-notch New York nannies and we will walk you through the process by providing you with complete background checks and any resources you need including nanny work agreements, payroll/tax service referrals (if needed), and support for a successful transition.
