5 – Step Screening Process:
* Initial screening (qualifying process)
* Complete Nanny Application
* Thorough Behavioral Based Interview
* Reference Checks and Verification
* Extensive Background Checks (criminal, driving, ss, etc.)
Typical nanny salaries range from $600-$1200 net per week for full time and $15-$25 per hour for part time. We haven’t noticed a big difference between live in and live out salaries.
How do I get started and what are the fees?
It’s simple. Start by completing our online family ‘nanny’ registration form and a placement consultant will contact you to clarify and go over your needs in further detail. There is a $195 registration fee to begin interviewing pre-screened qualified candidates and this fee is applied to your placement fee should you hire someone. If you decide to hire a candidate we have referred, there is a one-time placement fee equal to a percentage of the nanny’s gross annual salary for the first year. Thorough background checks are conducted and will be provided.
